Qualified First Aiders
1 Qualified person always on site. Also think about visitors welfare to the site.
If your place of work of is in a shop, library or office for example, your risk may be low, but there is still a risk of human error and accidents can happen. Its is therefore recommended that there is at least one qualified First Aider available at all times. This may mean taking into consideration foreseeable absences; shift work and large sites.

Health and safety regulations do not take into account non employees such as visitors and customers. However its is strongly recommended that you take non employees into account when assessing the need for First Aid requirements.
