Qualified First Aiders
At least 2 qualified - always available. Think about holiday leave and absences.
Where there are large number of people, there is always a risk of an accident or medical emergency. We would therefore recommend at least two qualified First Aiders to be available at all times at the very minimum.
The risk may be low, but in view of holidays, lunch breaks and absences it may be an idea to have a number of appointed persons or additional First Aiders to act where necessary in an emergency.

Qualified first aiders should be:
Reliable
Good communicators
Be able to absorb new skills and knowledge
Cope with stressful and physically demanding emergency procedures
Be able to leave their duties anytime to respond to an emergency
